Meet the Authors
Kevin and Kay Marie Brennfleck
are called to help people discover their purpose in life. They
are skilled career counselors and life calling coachesSM who have
a passionate interest in helping people find and live the extra-ordinary
life God created them to 
experience.
Their new book, Live
Your Calling: A Practical Guide to Finding and Fulfilling Your
Mission in Life, is a pragmatic and inspirational guide for
helping people identify and use their God-given gifts to find
significance, direction, and joy in their life and work.
They founded their private practice career services firm, Lifework Design, in 1987 in Pasadena, California. In 1997 they launched their first web site, the ChristianCareerCenter.com, as a one-stop online career resource center. Within individual counseling and coaching sessions, workshops and retreats, the Brennflecks have assisted thousands of individuals in planning their lives with an eternal perspective in mind. Kevin and Kay Marie have gained an intimate understanding of people's deep desire to know their purpose in life, and developed the knowledge and skills to guide people successfully through the process of creating the life God desires them to have.
Kevin is a graduate of Taylor University (B.A.) and Azusa Pacific University (M.A.). Kay Marie received her B.A. from Azusa Pacific University and M.A. from the University of Denver. The Brennflecks are National Certified Counselors (NCC) and National Certified Career Counselors (NCCC). They have provided services to organizations such as Insight for Living, World Vision, FaithWorks, Campus Crusade for Christ, Wycliffe Bible Translators, the Christian Management Association (CMA) and World Impact, as well as many schools and churches.
Kevin and Kay Marie have two children, Brian and Amy. Partners both in work and in parenting, they are well acquainted with the balancing act required to pursue a vocational calling and be committed parents. They are active in their church, and are grateful to Jesus Christ for giving them purpose in their lives and making life an adventure.
